Barchester - Beaufort Grange Care Home

I visited Beaufort Grange Barchester. The Home run in the leadership and expert skills of Mrs Raji Sunil is a place where any client would be happy to be. The home and the decorum is exceptionally warm and welcome. it's more of a five star hotel. the food and hospitality is unlike that of any other care homes.

The home and the decorum is exceptionally warm and welcome. it's more of a five star hotel. the food and hospitality is unlike that of any other care homes.

Dad had been in & out of hospital for many months, gradually deteriorating. Despite a good care at home package we felt Dad needed 24 hour care for a couple of weeks. I had seen lots of activities taking place on Facebook & the care & engagement of residents made me feel that this was a safe place for Dad. A place where he would be encouraged to be independent & safe at home again. (Dad's wish was to die at his own home.) Despite being out of our local area they found a room for dad. A large clean room with private bathroom facilities. All lovely & clean. My dad was made welcome from his first encounter with staff. The Activities manager went to see him & she made him feel very safe & secure. Dad was a very fussy eater!! When asked what he would like to eat he'd say what he wanted followed by, "but not a lot". People went to a lot of trouble for him to ensure he had what he wanted. All the staff were helpful kind & professional & helped dad to get home again. Highly recommended. A lovely care home where as a family we felt Dad was treated with dignity and respect at all times.

My mother has been here for 8 months now and she has received the best care and is very well looked after I'm happy that she's in good hands. The place is always tidy and all residents seem to be happy and cared for. Can't ask for more than that.

My grandfather has been here now for nearly a year and I cannot praise the staff enough. Residents are treated like family and the quality of care is second to none. A model example of the care that should be provided for our vulnerable people.
