        Practice manager very very rude I was told that there new system was amazing and ever other Practice was jealous after I was explaining that the system didn't work for me reg my work squdual was told well if tou don't like it go elsewhere

        Always manage to get me an appointment when needed and are very quick at referring for diagnosis. Go out of their way to help.

        Ok GP practice, not many to choose from in the area. Respecting patient confidentiality and mutual trust appears to be a problem in Gloucestershire.

        I have no complaints about the doctors, medical staff or treatments the problem is speaking to the surgery. I would suggest if you need to speak to the surgery then travel and go there in person.Virtually impossible to contact via the phone. I have no given up contacting by phone and will drive there. Yesterday I spent 40 minutes in the queue at 'caller number 5' with no progress to caller number 4! This morning I have so far spent 30 minutes at 'caller number 1' with no one answering. Does the phone system actually work?
