        Bagged wood has risen in price. This is cynical profiteering. Did use this store regularly. I will not be using again.

        My wife and I went to Austins last week and yet again the lady who appears in charge was miserable and yet again unhelpful. I feel sorry for the other staff who are obviously influenced by the lady . Be nice and helpful to your customers and maybe unlike us will return and shop

        The Chinese have a proverb if you cant smile, dont open a shop. The staff at Austins would do well to heed this maxim. Disinterested would be an understatement. Disinterested and unhelpful might be more apt. In future, I will go out of my way NOT to use this shop.

        Very good store, always helpful, They do need to change the closing times on the web site and on the gate, States closed today at 17.00 on both. Yet was closing @ 15.00
