CIA was initially responsive sending an engineer out albeit for a very expensive call out fee of more than 200 for 15 mins work. The follow up service was poor despite me chasing it up with customer services, and the replacement detectors have not been sorted out. It's a shame because they are a local company but based on this I would not recommend.
