        Just over 2 years ago my estate agent arranged for a new lock to be fitted in the property I rent out to a lovely family. It cost me 130+. A month ago the lock stopped working. Rapido customer service were not interested and said this can happen to outside locks due to weather temperatures. They didn't even bother to come and check. Just one point: the door is an internal porchdoor NOT affected at all by the weather. Result: I've had to pay out 130 for the work to be done again and still no real explanation from Rapido! Service: Installation
