Thank you so much for letting me bolt in at 5.30pm to collect my prescription yesterday. I know how annoying it is when your trying to get home after a long day, I am so grateful as I had mislaid the last batch of my medication!! You are always all so helpful and professional, the best pharmacy in Cirencester by far

Staff member at pharmacy counter extremely patronising & condescending. After explaining my issue (one I am unfortunately extremely prone to and had many of, over my life time, so know the early signs well!) I was briefly examined and looked at, bemused, by the member of staff, being told, as if I was a silly child, that something had probably gone into my finger. I didn't want to get into a debate about the matter, or come across myself as patronising, towards this staff member, who obviously is very opinionated, so wouldn't have listened anyway. I still needed and insisted I wanted a product, for the issue I knew I had. This member of staff then preceded to seek out the pharmacist I presume, towards the back, but still in plain sight, relaying to her, my predicament, but half way though, went quiet & preseeded to mouth, to the pharmacist, her own thoughts. Unfortunately for her, I saw it all in a reflection. I have since, returning from my holiday, been to my doctor and had it confirmed, that I do NOT have anything IN my finger and because I didn't act quickly, I have two others now appearing next to the original. Great! Just a note to you - People occasionally know their own bodies better than you believe you do, especially after having years of experience with the issue. Furthermore, I didn't appreciate the unprofessional mannor I recieved whilst in this store.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever known. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a great atmosphere of how early pharmacies used to be. I have always received great service here and would Highly Recommend it.
