Hair Necessities Dog Grooming

Jess's books were full but she arranged an appointment with her assistant, Aifa. Our last groom at a big chain was a disaster. Resulting in a very stressed out dog, shaved bare for ease. I explained my concerns in how he would react, when I dropped him off. When I picked him up, they were non issues. Aifa had clearly taken the time, not pushed him too far and look after him. Resulting in a tidy, happy, soft little pup! Even gave me some tips on what I can do between grooms to get him used to the process. Thank you so much

I've taken my French bulldog to Jess now quite a few time and she is amazing! He adores Jess and her doggies, he always comes out smelling amazing and super soft! Can't wait for his next appointment! x

Jess is simply the best! Her love of animals is obvious and my dogs know it. We went to Jess the first time with a very scared and wary lockdown puppy. Hazel had not done well at our original Groomers and was aggressive due to her fear. So I was worried the first time we went to Jess but there was no need to worry!! Jess was so gentle, patient and understanding. Charlie our older dog also easily took to Jess and literally pranced out of her appointment like a super model! Not only were their experiences wonderful - they came out with the best hair grooming theyve ever had!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JESS - a true pamper session for your pet!
