So 2 years ago I joined the Elite family, reason, back pain, rapid loss of strength, anxiety related issues and chronic reflux disorder.Through hard work and patience Mac has helped me overcome all of these problems and more! I have trained with Mac for nearly 20years, he really cares about his clients. He knows when to push and when to hold back, he can be tough and he can be empathetic, he can make you laugh and some of his jokes may even make you cry!
