My family have used Phil in the past, and found him quick and efficient. I was going to use AF&Co on this recommendation, but I've gone with someone more local to the property I'm purchasing. In the interim, Phil was lovely and quick with quotes and documents, would recommend!

This is the second time we have used Phil at Alison Fielden to carry out conveyancing for us. Just as previously, Phil and the team managed our sale promptly, efficiently, with good humour and at a good price. To be be honest, Alison Fielden's team will get all our legal work going forward.

Didn't respond to my enquiry. Receptionist gave no reason for lack of response. I have chased my first e-mail up with another call, still no response and no call-back to say they haven't got my email. 10 days to respond or acknowledge my enquiry is poor service all round. If you are out of office, it is common human decency to let people know that. Will not be using this company.

Used Alison Fielden for Conveyancing, her service was appalling, she failed to respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner to both me and the buyers solicitor. She lied about documentation being sent in response to searches that had not been sent. There were false statements about my property in her correspondence to the buyers solicitor. I managed to speak only once with Alison Fielden during the whole process on the day of Exchange. Avoid using at all costs.
