Hired a scooter to see if it would be right for her and again staff helped with the right model for our needs. Hired the scooter for aprox 2 months and ended up buying one. When returning the scooter the staff were prompt, efficient and even though I was missing a front torch had no problem in refunding the whole deposit (a real surprise and certainly not expected as we were at fault).
I cant recommend the ship highly enough - not the cheapest around but you pay for what you get - the right advice and outstanding customer service.
Great team - keep it up (will certainly be coming back for more).
