Have always used Panda Mobile with no previous issues. Today they repaired the back of my iPhone 13 pro. On collecting the phone I discovered the front screen was cracked in numerous places. When I pointed this out, they denied liability, saying it was cracked when I handed it in. Im 100% certain it wasnt and told them as much. They said they had no reason to lie, since they kept replacement screens in stock and would simply have replaced the screen if theyd accidentally damaged it. When I maintained my position that the damage had definitely happened whilst in their hands they changed their position and said they didnt have any iPhone 13pro screens in stock and therefore couldnt replace it for me, but would give me 40 compensation as a good will gesture. Ive since discovered that a screen replacement will cost me something in the region of 300 - I feel completely scammed and sick. I usually like to support small businesses but I will never use these people again. Avoid!
