Moda in Pelle

We visited the shop on Friday to look at the range & try a couple of pairs of boots. The lady who served me was lovely & very helpful despite us saying we would have to return on Sunday due to it being a brief visit on route elsewhere. We returned today & were served by a different lady, who was equally helpful & dealt with any requests without hesitation. All round a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Moda in Pelle in Cirencester. The staff were lovely & their footwear is gorgeous.

Walked by the window and some amazing shoes caught my eye so had to go in! The staff were so friendly and helpful getting the correct sizes for me to try on and now I own several pairs of their shoes! Love the unique designs and the high quality of the make. Their website ordering system is really efficient too!

I called the Cirencester Store today to see if they had a type of shoe in stock that I had seen online. I have never wore this brand before and needed to try on before buying. The person who took my call was absolutely fantastic even though they didnt have the shoe in stock she talked me through the shoe in terms of what they were like to wear and that I potentially needed to go up a size. She talked me through what they had in store and what sizes. The was fantastic customer service, thank you! The lady was an asset to your team!
