        Came in today to look for picture frames, we were the only customers in the shop, two people behind the counter could not even bother to acknowledge us they were both on their phones. Very rude. Will go elsewhere. They have lost out on a very large order.

        Bought and A1 white frame. I paid for the 1 day delivery (sunday) knowing that the royal mail strike was happening. However despite me paying the extra money they sent it 48hrs. It did not arrive in time. (Had to buy another) No reply to my email. Maybe the shops good but just don't order online
