Really enjoyed the VIP experience - children loved getting behind the counter and making their milkshakes with help from the friendly staff :-) Yummy milkshakes and I enjoyed a 'Twirl' hot chocolate!

Nice milkshakes with a really good selection and all made fresh. Staff are polite but not overly good customer service - often seem more interested in their own conversation than service. And milkshakes take longer than expected to make, even considering they are all made fresh. Plastic straws and are too narrow for the Mega Moos so often get clogged. Loyalty stamps are one per order not drink, do penalise larger orders ( I always order at least 2, sometimes 4 milkshakes at a time). So, I will be ordering many more drinks before I can redeem than someone who always orders one. I think I'll have to start placing multiple orders every time I go - mire hassle for everyone and will cost them.more with card transaction fees. Overall, if you're not in a rush and want a nice milkshake give them a go - I'm sure uou9enjoy it.
