        Didnt stop long- no toilets available except a really awful toilet attached to the coop store. Notices on greggs door saying theirs were closed. Very poor show for a services stop. Drove elsewhere for food

        Incompetent manager name (Rob)who was telling me I have something wrong with my taste of hot chocolate, and trying to convince me there is nothing wrong witch costa machine even when machine was poring only hot water without chocolate . Also staff have lack of training as they was saying there is nothing they can do as machines are set up by Costa.theres is always something you can do as little as offering refunds for horrible drink!
