As this was a sale of my fathers estate which I do not live close to, I did not have direct contact with any of the staff although my two brothers did. Having said this I was very impressed with the attention to detail, email communication and feedback received following all the viewings. This was not an easy property to sell as it was in need of considerable updating which can be quite daunting! I would definitely recommend Strutt and Parker who worked very hard on our behalf.
