My experience with Savills Cirencester was sadly lacking. I chose them because Savills is a well known name, I liked the photos they used in their marketing material and initially, the 'director' of the branch came across as charming and professional. However once we'd signed the minimum term to sell our house, the director was mostly anonymous depsite telling us he was leading our sale. Whilst I could forgive one or two mistakes by the agent, sadly we had a catalogue of problems including but not limted to: The agent bringing the wrong house keys to a viewing. A viewing confirmed without us being asked. Viewing timings changed without us being notified. The agent not knowing what a septic tank does. Repeated use of the wrong house name. Incorrect phone number on their business cards. Inappropriate information about our personal circumstances leaked to the buyer undermining our negotiating position. I also complained to Savills head offce which was ignored for two weeks despite chasing twice, then referred back to the local branch against my wishes. This was investigated by another director, I had a lame apology for some of their mistakes but the remaining issues were generally dismissed. Obviously, if you're looking to sell a house in and around Cirencester, I cannot recommend Savills CIrencester. I've sold 6 houses in my time, all of which were with different agents, and Savills were easily the worst I've ever dealt with.

Five star service from the lettings team, Louise Nicholson and Agatha Blount who managed to let my apartment in Cheltenham promptly and professionally and also managed to get me the best offer possible. They are both very approachable and extremely organised. Id highly recommend using them if you have any property to rent in the Cotswolds.

My wife and I recently moved to the Cotswolds with Savills Cirencester's help. The entire experience has been absolutely fantastic! I don't have a single thing I can complain about. They have been more than accommodating and helpful, in particular Agatha who helped us from start to finish. The professional and expert advise shown by Agatha was fantastic, she always made time to help. The entire experience was great! I would most definitely recommend using Savills Cirencester!!!

My Flat in Chipping Norton was rented out by the Cirencester Office , both Louise Nicholson and Agatha Blount were exceptionally professional and helpful at all times. I would highly recommend them every time.
