        We feel as if we have been robbed in broad daylight as we were unable to get a refund for an unused/unpacked lamp that we returned the following morning as it didnt look right in situ once we got it home. Apparently there was a notice to say no refunds but this was hidden and certainly not drawn to our attention when we bought the lamp. Since every other shop we use does give refunds, this feels like an extremely unfair practice. Be warned!
