        Extremely Poor Customer Service. I recently purchased an item in store, which I subsequently decided I was not happy with and wanted to return it and get a refund. Upon purchase at no point was I made aware of the 'no refund policy on items in store'. Given that the dress had not been taken out of the bag, and was told that a refund is 'too much of a faff for instore purchases,' even though refunds are offered online. I will not be shopping here again. This has left an extremely sour taste and I do feel extremely disappointed when trying to support local.
