Cannot recommend Mark & Ursula enough the service was friendly and professional from start to finish. I had a braking lights issue that a garage I had visited could not solve so out of the blue I searched for a auto electrical company on line and yes you can have issues with some trades so I was a bit sceptical at first but after speaking with Ursula she certainly put my mind at rest. On the day Mark arrived and he quickly found and sorted the fault impressing me with his knowledge and I will be calling on him again to install a new Dab radio for me soon. I came to Mark with an obscure electrical fault on my Ford Focus. Prior to that two other organizations, including main dealer had looked at the car, but, had been unable to solve the problem. Using a logical approach Mark located the fault within an hour or so and provided a solution to put the car back into full working order. He and Ursula offer a first class and friendly service at a very reasonable price. My 2007 ford focus was cutting out whilst driving at low speeds first of all, then not starting. This was accompanied by various dash lights coming on. A common fault apparently on the focus in the cluster board. Mark was able to diagnose and fix this problem in an hour for a very reasonable price and now my driving is not plagued by worries of the engine cutting out. A very smooth experience from start to finish, his lovely wife Ursula booked me in at a convenient time, and Mark was prompt and professional throughout. Thoroughly recommend this organisation. After my little mishap Mark knew exactly where to look and cured the problem in minutes. It was a very professional job and I would highly recommend both Mark and Ursula for the fantastic service and job carried out from start to finish.
