Wow what an experience! My partner and I were visiting the Cotswolds when we popped into this store on our way back. I was just reading the request for customers to wear masks and shield where possible in the window. At this point my partner walked into the store and happened to sneeze. I joke you not when I say the lady behind the counter stopped what she was doing and gave the most awful stare! My partner felt very uncomfortable in the store at this point and understandably so.... Our money was safely spent where we weren't judged in any way and received great customer service. Spend elsewhere is my advice

Went to Cirencester today whilst on holiday. Did a bit of browsing in the window and decided I could get a Radley bag and purse as a little treat. A costly treat but, hey, it's holiday. Walked in the front door, going from a sunny outside to a darker interior when, for some very natural reason, I sneezed. I can not begin to describe the look of disdain on the old, grey haired woman's face. The stare she gave me made we understand exactly how welcome I was. Needless to say I left immediately and spent my 300 in a shop elsewhere in town which made me very welcome, didn't assume that every sneeze is covid (which I don't have) and I've left them a 5* review. Top bags should have zero stars but we all know we can't give that.

Great selection of handbags and bags that we were after at a great price. Service was great and friendly! We are really happy with the handbag for my wife and her new card holder plus my new passport case! Thanks so much for your time and effort with us!

The Staff is so rude, I went in with my little one, now that is not mandatory to wear a face covering and they told me so rude that if I wasnt wearing a face covering they dont want to serve me..,. But the manners were so rude, now I understand why the shop is always empty, not only for the old fashion bags that they are selling you have to add the rudeness of its staff!
