        Hi - went in twice as had one puncture and then they said the other back one was bald so went in the next day too as they had to order the tyre again. Service first time was pretty good waited about 20 mins second time waited more then an hour and I was the only one there and they just were hanging around - anyway I didnt really mind waiting so that wasnt a huge issue. The guy at the desk was nice and did apologise. my car then failed its mot the next day because of the front tyres which they had said were fine, Im not angry about that either. What I am concerned about was price of tyres I have just found some one in Cheltenham who do the same tyres at half the price I didnt tell them what I paid at kwik fit but I always presumed that kwik fit was quick and had good value tyres but from my experience neither!
