        Popped into Boots Cirencester to have several pairs of glasses tightened. Lady who served me was lovely did them all for me, was very pleasant and polite and nothing was too much trouble. I really appreciated it and was really happy as they no longer fall off when I wear them Great service thankyou

        An arm had become detatched from my partner's glasses and the staff very kindly fixed it back on (a fiddly fix as the screw was so small). This was even though the glasses had been bought elsewhere. Thank you for such good service.

        Staff book appointments without checking the correct staff-member is there and phone on the day to cancel the appointment. Very frustrating, will look elsewhere for an appointment in the future.

        I've been going to this branch of Boots opticians for some years now and always received very good service but I would like to just say that there is one member of staff who I just think is completely outstanding and that is Janet. My partner has MND and is extremely disabled with this. He needs special snooker type glasses because he can no longer lift his head and needs to use his computer still. Janet made sure we had a ramp and immediately helped us and was exceptionally patient with my partner who can no longer speak. We have been there twice so far , the second for roughly an hour and a half. Very tiring for all concerned. Janet also asked the optician Helen if she could help whilst we were there in the front of the store and she did so, above and beyond the call of duty. All I can say is, don't hesitate to use this store and all the staff are wonderful but I must single out Janet as exceptional . Many thanks everyone.
