I need either a 7.5 tonne lorry or a 12 tonne with powered forklift which was explained at the point of order. They said it wouldnt be a problem, took my order and now I have been waiting 3 weeks for it to be delivered. I have taken so far 2 days off work to accept delivery and I still only have half my order. Communication is a big failure.
I am sure if you can accept the bigger lorry then you wont have this trouble but I am presuming most off grid houses are in the sticks!
Updated again - now made 10 calls, 4 days off work (2 of which it didnt bother to turn up on) and still only 2 of 3 pallets delivered!
