I sold a listed Farmhouse in the Cirencester area with Rupert Sturgis handling my instruction who was helpful and professional throughout the process. I then purchased a Townhouse in Cirencester working with Harry Bethell who was equally enthusiastic and professional. This was an extraordinarily difficult transaction because of the apparent lack of knowledge of the purchasers solicitors and the lack of knowledge of the purchasers themselves regarding country properties. What was promised to be a quick cash purchase took 4.5 months to exchange. Rupert Sturgis did an amazing job keeping the deal struggling on through thick and thin. He deserved his fee.

Instructed Rupert and the Cirencester team to sell two properties for us in the Cotswolds - our main family home at c.1.6m and a holiday let cottage at c.600k.
