        Amazing staff, went out the way to get my prescription sorted, very knowledgeable and have great advice and friendly atmosphere, will be collecting all the families prescription from here, best pharmacy in Gloucester!

        Somehow they never have the medicine available the doctor prescribed. It happend a lot that I had to go to an other pharmacy. If others don't have it they offer me to call an other pharmacy to ask if it is available to safe me a trip with two little children but this one doesn't. At one point a had to get a cream for my husband which I did not need a prescription for and the women was very rude and almost did not sell it to me eventhough I answered all the questions she had. When I asked for a product which I could clearly see in the shelves they said I should have a look in the tesco store for whatever reason. I don't feel comfortable to ask questions and which product they consider for my issue. Such a shame as it is close by and you can have a look around in the shop if you have to wait 10 min.
