We went to the Cirencester shop in February to look at dining room furniture. We were warmly welcomed by Kate and shown the Island Breeze range which we liked. The furniture was very well made and looked beautiful. We were talked through the various options - sizes, colours, finishes, chairs and were able to make our choice. The furniture was delivered in 3 weeks on a snowy morning and delivered by cheerful men who placed and constructed the table efficiently. Our dining room looks beautiful now together with a lovely bookcase from the same range. It was a lovely experience buying this furniture From start to finish and we are enjoying it every day. We would certainly go there again for any future purchases.

Let's be really clear, this is poorly finished MDF furniture with a nice wooden top. The first sideboard I ordered was broken and the second had the wrong finish on the top. That said, the customer service is excellent and all issues were resolved quickly and professionally. However this still doesn't fix the issue that this furniture is no different to much cheaper furniture you can find elsewhere.
