Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Cirencester

Enterprise Car hire are the worst company I have ever dealt with! Customer service is just not something the apparently understand! I tried to book a car on the website at a price offered, but for some reason the payment would not go through (twice).. after checking with my bank who says the problem is at Enterprises end, I rang them... They did not care a hoot! Bordering on being RUDE, they suggested coming in and paying but they could not offer the website price which was 40 lower... surprise, surprise! Indeed, afterwards, I saw their website changing prices as well. A total rip-off company, with NO customer service... AVOID

I called to see if I could upgrade from a medium to large van last minute. The young man that took the call gave the impression he wanted to go above and beyond to help me out, and when I arrived he said if I could wait about 30 mins he could get me the van I wanted. Great service all round! Only thing to note is there's a narrow Lane and small Yard which could be tricky If youre not used to a larger vehicle.
