We recently completed on a property that was handled by Mark at Moore Allen and we couldnt recommend Mark enough! He is the most supportive and helpful estate agent weve ever met. He chased and chased and pushed things through when it was most needed. He cares and has a very calm and efficient way of working, keeping both sellers and buyers informed and happy. A lengthy sale process which was not the fault of the agent was handled professionally throughout. Very personal service and at times going beyond the call of duty. I would recommend Teresa strongly. Strong communication, positive and personable.

We let a property through Moore Allen, and although dealing with Shelbie was an absolute pleasure and I cannot commend her professionalism and efficiency highly enough, I felt the end-of-tenancy process was handled appallingly and left a really bitter taste. We were lucky that our landlords, who were also excellent and very reasonable throughout the tenancy, were decent enough to disregard the vast majority of the grossly misrepresentative contents of the end of tenancy report. Very disappointing indeed, and a very unfortunate end to a tenancy that had otherwise run very smoothly.
