Cirencester Sales & Lettings

I have both let and most recently had a property valued by Cirencester sales and lettings. I can't recommend them enough, their knowledge of the local market is second to none.

Excellent service from Michelle and the team. Always kept us updated and made a difficult situation much more bearable after we had to sell our family home after losing our Dad. Would definitely recommend Cirencester Sales and Lettings.

I've sat on this for a while, thinking time would soften my views. However I think for the benefit of those buying or selling a home, read this and make your own mind up. My partner and I booked a viewing a couple days in advance. The agent arrived 20 minutes late, after we called them to ask where they were. They tried to say we didn't have a viewing, before admitting that they had overheard a colleague on the phone, cancelling a viewing and assumed it was ours... They then offered a lackluster and tense viewing where they knew little to nothing about the property, which is currently showing as featured due to the inability to sell it. There are plenty of other people we've had viewings with and would recommend wholeheartedly such as CB SLADE, CANNON and PERRY BISHOP.

Cirencester Sales and Lettings offer professional, friendly and personable service. I work with them as a landlord and they are always quick to respond. They recently valued my parents house and my parents adored Mark, who came extremely prepared to the viewing and was very kind and approachable. I highly recommend them.
