It was wonderful to find this pre-lived high end store on our anniversary in Cirencester. Linda is knowledgable and kind, and knew exactly my girlie style when she pointed out these Jimmy Choo shoes in perfect condition at the very back of the store. A perfect fit and the perfect anniversary treat without breaking the bank. I will be hoping to buy (and sell) with Linda in the future thanks to her amazing service and instagram account. @Encore.Cirencester

Encore is my favourite place to shop! Linda has a wealth of experience within the High End Fashion Sector and has built her Preloved Designer Retail Store offering customers the right designer labels along with luxury accessories. Every piece I have bought from Encore has been in tip top condition some pieces never worn with the original price tag on.majority of my wardrobe are Encore purchases..prices are really good! Linda has a great eye she knows what works..Im a true supporter of Linda & Encore.its a gorgeous fabulous place to shop.keep doing what your doing I love it Sharon x

Extremely rude, insulting and dismissive. Having taken a few items in for review (DVF, Needle & Thread, Ralph Lauren and another lesser known brand) and dropped off with a very nice shop assistant, I was hoping for a call to see whether the owner was interested. The call was abrasive and terribly rude - I was quite taken aback and a little upset. I wasnt sure whether the items would be a fit, and didnt mind that they werent. What I wasnt prepared for was her manner. It was the same in the shop when I went back to collect my items which had been taken off their hangers (which had been kept) and stuffed in a bag. Apparently because I had said she had been rude, I was jealous of successful women. As a female pilot in the Air Force, I really rather champion female empowerment. I just dont like poor manners and rudeness. She kept advising that she had 25 yrs experience in the Industry and I dont doubt the success of the business with sustainability being the driver in fashion currently. Perhaps a little more work on customer relations required otherwise word of mouth may let her down. There are better ways to advise customers that their items are not quite the right fit. As I left she advised that my lovely items were only fit for a charity shop. I wont be recommending to my girlfriends.

An unbelievable gem! Literally a treasure trove for amazing brands at fantastic prices. Found so many beautiful pieces and Linda is so incredibly helpful and honest with her input! I learned a lot from her style advise as to what works and what doesnt! Grateful and will be back again and again
