My boyfriend wanted to do something special for me so bought me a top from here. Sadly I didn't like it and returned it. You don't get a refund, only a credit note that lasts only 6 months. I just about understand the no refund policy (although rather archaic in this day and age). But only 6 months on the credit note is particularly non customer focused. I went back many times and felt fairly unwelcome each time, rather cold staff. I could not find anything I liked and asked many times for an extension on my credit note and was told each time no (although once one cold lady said maybe she could add 1 month, whoopee). Luckily in the end I found something reasonable although I don't love it, I would rather have something than lose the money. Frankly I won't be back for all those reasons.

Lovely boutique with a fantastic selection of clothes and accessories if you're looking for something different or a nice gift. Friendly and helpful staff.

Such rude customer service, I would skip this shop and find another with similar stock in the area. Fawns over women shopping with their husbands who walk out without purchasing yet cannot even greet or smile at someone actually asking for help!

Sassy & Boo is a lovely boutique with vibrant clothing, soft knitwear and dresses with unique prints, patterns. I found customer service excellent. I was served by Marie who was very patient, extremly helpful and provided suggestions, advice. It's been my first visit to the boutique and certainly not last! So glad I have discovered it!
