        Sucha nice lady in the shop (Nilu) I found a lovely bag I liked the shape of, but it was black & I wanted silver grey. She offered to order it in for me in grey but I live in Devon so wouldn't be able to collect from the shop. Very kindly she offered to post it to me. I was in the shop on Monday & received my bag on Friday. The bag is lovely and very good quality. I would definitely recommend Elizabeth James in Cirencester. Thank you

        I recently visited the shop after seeing a bag I liked prior to lock down. I don't live local (2hr drive away). I was disappointed but Elizabeth said she would order a bag for me and post it to me within a week. I received my bag 2 days later. Excellent customer service and very friendly. Thank you.
