such a poor service, taken 3 months to complete a claim for sickness and when you follow their terms and conditions they still find loopholes to not grant your claim. I've been with these clowns for the past 4 years and never thought I would need their service but in my time of need, I feel let down and now I'm left in debt owning money that I thought would be covered by Trent Services. stay away from this poorly run company.

It was really easy to submit my insurance claim. I had to fill the form in twice online due to having used two vets (one was out of hours). The process was quick and easy. My only complaint was that we submit the claim on the 6th June, our own vets sent both their forms back by the 16th June and then we were paid out on the 30th which was 2 weeks later. It would have been nice if it was a little bit quicker for payout. The online claim form was so easy to use that it would have been nice if they can develop some sort of tracking feature in future (claim received, what they are waiting for, in process, reviewing forms etc.), as I had to send a few follow up emails. Otherwise very satisfied with the resolution of our claim.

Very very poor service, I happened to make a remark to the vet in January that Murphy at 3 months old was looking as if he was limping been playing with his boisterous American Bulldog sister,Vet could not see a limp fast forward 6 month and the limp is back vet suggested X-rays insurance will not pay out as this was mentioned in the first 14 days of commencement of the policy we pay our insurance in good faith and expect them to be there in times of trouble however this is not the case with this company. My other two dogs are insured by animal friends I will be moving my policy over to them .. Shame on Trent Services for using a loophole not to pay out Stay away very poor service !!!!

redundancy insurance Be very careful with this company .I have the 60 day excess policy and was told when buying this product that first 2 months was not paid after the date of been made redundant then payments will start. This is a lie they make you wait till after your 5 week notice period(was working at the company 5 years) as well as your 2 months excess and then 1 month before payment .The company i worked for went insolvent so only got government redundancy which will no way pay for everything till i get my first payment , You have been warned , i was made redundant on march 31st ,my first payment is the 4th of august, that is 5 months . Do not take this policy or cancel if you have it . I am paying 66.41 a month for this so is not a cheap policy .UPDATE UPDATE since i complained about this they have now taken off the 5 week notice period, i have told them when selling this product on the phone it needs to be made clearer about the notice period but i am impressed that they have done this.
