stay well clear of this housing association as they employ out right liiers to work for them. And its them that's dishonest to people not the other way round. nice try in trying to blame me its not my fault if your workers tell lies and r dishonest and then go into discrimination of some one and your worker lies though there teeth and comes back with lie after lie i am so glad i did not take there property i think i was lucky there as i can not work long side liers and dishonest people and this company has all of that in one bag i will never bid or accept any of there properties as they r the worse housing group i've had to suffer from they even lie to real professional people so it goes to show that they r total liers i hope u stay well clear of these as they r down right twisters and liers

Not sure where to start - we purchased a shared ownership property with Bromford and they've been an absolute nightmare to deal with. During the sale process we had to chase them for every little thing, multiple calls to be told the team dealing with it don't have a phone line, no team leaders/managers to escalate things to. All they care about is collecting the money, at the end of it they had a cheek sending some reminder letters for admin fees to be paid dated back to when we obtained the property which have already been covered by our solicitors. Literally everyone who works there is incompetent of doing a simple job.

Very rude driver! We were going through Bicester town centre, the traffic were very slow, below 20mph. Around a slight bend, the light went red for pedestrians to cross, I stopped and he sounded his horn without checking around why I stopped! Then right after the crossing, there was a roundabout and the car in front of me stopped as there were a car in the roundabout and didn't indicate to show which direction they are going and he flashes his light because he was not happy that we stopped??! And tailgating me which is again the law and will be fine if I reported this. Number plate FD18 or 19 driving through Bicester on Friday 14 August around 2-3pm
