        Such a disappointing experience at Blushes Cirencester. Had a consultation as requested, discussed what I wanted using photos to describe what I wanted vs what I didnt want. Spent 4 hours and 205 and have come away with worse than I could have imagined. I was going for dark colour with contrasting light streaks of colour with particularly light flecks at the ends. Ive come away with a huge wash of warm ginger. I asked for bouncy layers to be cut as per the photo I showed; my hair was previously lush and thick and its now in poor condition, razor thin at the ends and is frankly ruined. How can it be so far from what I asked for? Angry, disappointed, out of pocket and Im embarrassed to have my hair looking like this. Wish I could get back my old hair back. I spoke to the salon who would only book me in with the same stylist who got it so wrong - I would rather pay again somewhere else than risk further damage and ruin to my hair. Will now need to book somewhere else (once I can find another 200) to have my hair redone. Will never use again. Services: Balayage, Blowouts
