Chipping Manor Dental Practice (Cirencester)

My review is not as a patient but as a member of a very new expanding team, the team I work with are the majority fairly new including myself (receptionist) and we are trying so hard to rebuild those broken relationships caused mainly by covid that destroyed many once easily functioning businesses, it has not been easy for our patients we understand this and we are doing our best to rebuild and reconnect it will take time we know, so my 5 stars are for the colleagues and company that I work for, I know we are trying our best in a tough situation at the moment! Hopefully our patients will start to see the benefits in the near future if they havent been lucky enough already. If you have been lucky and seen us more recently please leave a review .

very poor service for NHS patients sent complaint to Practice Manager who can't even be bothered to reply

Just seen the hygienist. What a fantastic job. No pain and my teeth look great!!

This practice used to be OK before the plandemic but has gone downhill terribly since! Had a cancelled appointment back last year with a message to reschedule, they never did! Have been on the emergency list since December, have called twice & left voicemails requesting an update/call back... Have they? Of course not! What a way to run a business.
