I have nothing but praise for the team at Genix Care Dental Clinic in Cirencester. They have treated our entire family. The dentist who I deal with is Jonathan Baker, who is professional, kind, compassionate and knows what he is doing. Jonathan also treated my parents Colleen and John Coleman, who both were elderly and confused due to dementia, he was nothing but kind and considerate on every visit and made them comfortable on each occasion that they needed to visit. I have had a few nasty experiences in the past with dentists (back in Africa )that have caused extreme pain but this has not been the case with Mr Baker. He is thorough but knows to stop if you put up your hand and indicate that you are experiencing discomfort in any way, he is always cheerful and makes conversation and answers your questions and puts you at ease when you are in the chair. I also like the fact that he will go through costing thoroughly with you so that there are no nasty surprises at the end of any treatment with excessive charges. I can't sing their praises enough, from the kind and cheerful receptionists who are always very professional to the lovely hygienist (whose name escapes me presently), everybody is just brilliant. Keep up the amazing work Jonathan and the team at Genix Healthcare Dental Clinic (Cirencester). I must just add a story about my mum who just days before my wedding lost her set of dentures (due to her alzheimers) and they were able to see her, make up a set of dentures, reassure her and get her ready for the big day so that she had a lovely set of new dentures for the wedding pics. The team is beyond wonderful and pulled out all the stops to make sure that my wedding went ahead with no hitches and my beautiful mum could look her best in the family pictures. My husband Tim is also a patient and too raves about the wonderful experience he has had the practice, so all in all five stars to this fabulous establishment. My daughter has an appointment on Friday 3rd March turned up and got told that my daughter didnt have an appointment by the receptionist! Then my daughter was told to come back today 8th March, the dentist surgery was busy! got told by same receptionist that it had been cancelled because the dentist had to go home because of the weather and an email or voicemail had been sent I checked my records there was nothing! So my daughter has been told to come back Friday 10th March. Had the dentist surgery over booked ? is because my daughter is an NHS patient? Im sure if my daughter had missed 2 appointments she would of got took off the list!
