Elderly lady serving me on Sunday afternoon at the tobacco counter incredibly rude, didnt believe my ID as Id been very ill since photo was taken so proceeded to insult me about how I look and my age. After speaking to a few people this isnt the first time shes done this so get her REMOVED.
