        Very disappointed! I booked a replacement iPhone battery service via the Apple service link. When I arrived I was told it would be ready Friday Week! Who in this day and age can be without a phone for that long, especially having booked the service - apparently they dont keep stock! I went around the corner and the guy in the kiosk replaced the battery there and then, and for half the price!

        My phone had been hacked and Alex was very patient and went through everything with me and put extra security on it .Felt so relieved with his assurance that everything was ok .

        I am happy with the service provided but they have a problem to issue paperwork like a genuine Apple Store. They issue themselves paperwork which is different than an proper Apple Store and based on insurance claims is tricky. Ask from the beginning all documents you might needed if not you have to wait around a week for an email reply.
