        These guys are awesome. Very responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, have phones and answer them which is a luxury today. Their advice is always the best whether new to fibre, as I am, or experienced. The Switch SFP website is easy to use, processing swift, delivery options impeccable and product quality superlative. I have never had to return goods.

        A huge thank you to Rob at Switch SPF who resolved an issue we had connecting a brand new leased line to an RJ45 only Draytek Router. BT have now disabled the RJ45 Port on their Adva boxes and decoding which SFP Module, Cable and Media Converter can be a nightmare. By sending over a picture of the offending adapter Rob was able to identify the parts we needed immediately and get everything shipped on a before 12 next day service. We're likely to this problem on a regular basis and its great to have a trusted supplier! Alasdair Hodgkins MD Sarala Computers
