Nightmare scooter , or nightmare company? Shortly after receiving my scooter it seemed defective & Electrazoom were super keen on fixing it by sending a box to ship it in, absolutely fine. I ended up waiting for the box so long they took it without one , but made me wait for them to take it until my returns rights were finished. Furthermore asked them about heatsink on my Dualtron Storm they denied ever needing one. Until recently when I've contacted dualtron myself I was advised that all Authorised Retailers were sent heatsinks for free! (18 months ago). Logistics issue or Bad Workmanship?

Bought a dualtron storm fresh out the box 2 days later, while riding i hear a click i thought it might go turns out its my bearings. Contacted electrazoom for them to fix it they still sending just wait.... A Cardboard box!!! Yay it takes 1 entire month for a box to get sourced wow my warranty will expire by then

Amazing customer service after 2 years they took my scooters changed my battery with no charges, pick up and delivered I highly recommend

Amazing service from the collection to the delivery. Very professional team and fast responsive. I had issues with my scooters after 1 year and half, They collected my scooters, changed battery and upgraded them. Highly recommended :)
