DO NOT GO HERE! I came for a shellac manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was OK but shellac manicure lasted one day before it started chipping off and bubbles underneath. Tried to call the salon but the staff never answer as always doing treatments. Complained via email but the manager didnt reply for 1 week (on holiday apparently). She then argued that during the appointment I already asked for another colour as I didnt like the first one, when in actual fact the technician applied two coats of polish which looked AWFUL (she said herself the polish was too old and thin and wont be an even finish) so we took it off and changed the colour. The staff and manager are blatantly lying. Said the chipping was accidental on my behalf (after one day?) and not down to bad treatment. Unable to go back for fixing as they finally picked up after two days only to say theyre too busy for removal or re-polish that day. Then I was flying the following day anyway. Refusing to refund me and lying about the situation. Absolutely awful customer service. Never ever go here, clearly get what you pay for - terrible skills and terrible management. I even tipped the staff, pointless. Cash only salon. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
