        Really excellent service. Both ears cleared painlessly using a mix of irrigation and micro suction and can now hear clear as a bell. Sophie is a credit to the company, she's clearly a skilled practitioner, but also takes the time to explain what is going on and why, as well as providing advice to help prevent build up in future.
