Royal Mail

We live in Belle Vue Road Cinderford and for some reason we have had no mail at all. This may seem trivial perhaps we have no friends ,but we are both waiting for medication which we know you received over a week ago. We saw a postman today down at the bottom of the road but nothing came up to us. The Post Office is supposed to deliver mail six days a week so can anyone in Cinderford please tell us what is going on, if we come down to the sorting office will you find our medication? I certainly would not award you any stars but I cannot post this without a star .

Used to deliver every day but now we would be lucky of we get post once a week. We are still waiting for letters abroad from family to arrive which they sent at Christmas. Very frustrating. Is this how it's going to be from now on? Only getting mail once a week????

A parcel Yesterday I Asks for it to be redelivered today I tracked it on the app It's sad it's been delivered and I still haven't had it Delivered (Rubbish service)

Ridiculously short opening times to pick up parcels. Lack of parking due to being in a residential/town centre area, meaning many people park illegally nearby. Sometimes have to wait several minutes for anyone to answer the bell at the desk

Very rude staff my husband went to pick up a package from the post office after we received a card to say it had been returned to the local office. He parked up only to be told in a very rude manner that theyre closed and he will have to return tomorrow. Ridiculously short opening hours 8.00am to 10.00am that is not indicated on the card so how are customers supposed to know the opening hours without going on the website?
