Not good apart from the ladies that work's their only thing this pharmacy has going for it

Hopeless service. I booked a flue jab last year, had two cancellations and then told they had no stock of the vaccine. This year, I had one cancellation, then when I did turn up for the rescheduled appointment, it was cancelled again. If they arent capable of delivering a service they really should not take bookings.

Worst boots and worst pharmacy I have ever been to! I had made an appointment for my flu jab for it to be cancelled on the morning of the appointment due to the pharmacist being unwell....fair enough, these things happen! I then re booked for approx 2 weeks later. I booked the day off work and two days off after incase I had symptoms from the injection. I turned up today in store for my jab to be told the pharmacist didn't turn up for work. I didn't receive an email of phone call for the cancellation! Wasted my time ,fuel and time off work! Sort it out boots...you shouldn't be offering services you can't do and by the sounds of it you need a new pharmacist!
