        Absolutely would recommend Kay and I would also recommend that people are upfront about what they want and not want! We have a puppy which is of not common breed and certain things wouldn't be recommended to be done within standard grooming routine. We clearly outlined what we don't want done and Kay absolutely stuck to that request. She also agreed to familiarise pup with the studio before proceeding . Very gentle and our pup would really let you know if he doesn't like you which he hasn't and has always run into grooming salon with joy. Having read all the reviews I would say that nothing that people mentioned with negative reviews ever happened to us and we have been 3 times now. Highly recommend *****

        Kay seemed a nice lady, but my bichon frise was totally shaved to the skin! Leaving awful scabs from the clippers! Which I am still treating now Disappointed with end result
