After receiving a damaged product have been told it will be replaced and some one will call me ( Adrian / Simon/Paul to name a few) back now I have called six times and have been told some one will call back??? We are very busy Unacceptable just had a call from Paul they have no date so I have opted for a full refund. I will defenetly take my custom else ware. ( At last collecting this Wednesday then thats me done with them after I get my full credit)now 8 months have found alternative suppliers who deliver with a smile
