I've used Haines for mail order parts for over a year now, since buying a Fantic motorcycle. Their service is really excellent, and (on a rare occasion) when they do make a mistake they fix it quickly. When I needed a particular nut for the suspension - not a common part - they sent me a copy of the microfiche so I could identify the exact part for backorder. I can really recommend them!
