I worked with Chris for some 1-2-1 coaching on some issues that I was facing which I just couldn't seem to get past on my own. From the offset, Chris was attentive to my needs and issues and introduced techniques that we used during the calls and that I could take away to help me get in the right mindset in the future too. If you havent checked 7 Charkas out... do it now! Chris is absolutely fantastic, he has put his all into 7Charkas and more. I am currently 3 weeks into the spiritual development course which I have learnt so much it is unbelievable. Chris is so thorough with his work, his course, his students and knowledge. 7 Chakras lead me to become a member of The Transformation Tribe which has helped me accomplish so much! for example a healthier mind set which has lead to me achieve my personal goals. I attend all of the meditation evenings Chris provides for the group and the monthly card reading session are not to be missed. I want everyone to share these amazing experiences.
